Who we are
ZN Wellness is a place dedicated to holistic therapies and practices.
Originally located in Achrafieh, Beirut, a surface of 200M2 welcomed therapy sessions and classes. The project was then stopped due to exceptional events (COVID-19, Lebanese economic crisis, etc.), before reopening in France (Paris and Meudon) in 2023.
Our objective is to provide a structure where anyone can enjoy healthy practices in a respectful, friendly atmosphere.
The founder
I am Ziad Nammour, a TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practitioner certified according to the teachings of the BUCM (Beijing University of Chinese Medicine). This center is my project.
I grew up and worked in Europe until I decided in January 2019 to reconnect with my roots, by establishing a wellness center in Lebanon. This project is the result of years of work. I wish to share my passion for ancient wisdom, while putting my experience in the service of my beloved country.
I aim to contribute by helping fellow Lebanese be at their best to overcome their daily challenges.

My interest for personal development and natural health have been inspired to me by my mother, Reiki Jin Kei Do master teacher Maha Nammour, who has been practicing and teaching for more than 25 years. She is also the author of the book « The World’s energy within your hands », and founder of a health center in Paris.
Energy healing and Reiki Jin Kei Do courses given by her will frequently be organized in Paris and Beirut.
