We live in an era marked by an unprecedented lack of spirituality. This shows in the rise of neverending physical, emotional and mental disorders.

 

Lost in a meaningless cycle, our generations turn to ancient wisdom and practices for answers… while western models show their limits.

 

Without awareness we are nothing but mere machines. And as a forgotten child in need of love, our inner-self cries for help.

Life hygiene

Ancient practices are meant to prevent disorders BEFORE they appear. This is also true for therapies (acupuncture, cupping, herbology, etc.) !

 

We tend to ignore subtle signals such as pain and tensions with the help of anaesthetics drugs medications… which effects never last long.

 

A healthy lifestyle implies a regular flush of these tensions and negative energies, that we accumulate on a daily basis.

Frequently asked questions

Are classes open to all ?

Yes ! We welcome all people, whatever age, sex, level of practice.

Minors will be preferably accompanied by their parents.

Are there different levels ?

Our classes are designed in a way that you can join in whatever your level of practice. Only some special trainings will be split according to levels ; in that case, it will be specifically mentioned in our schedule.

Duration of a class ?

Our classes have an average duration of 1 hour. However, some workshops and special trainings (energy healing for example) can last longer (up to 1h30).

Recommended frequency ?

Attending a class is an enjoyable experience that can be done occasionally on your free time. However, regularity is key if you are looking to achieve long-term improvements ! A frequency of 1-2 classes/week is usually the best.

Number of attendees ?

To keep best levels of comfort and quality of personalized advice, the number of attendees is limited to 15 persons/class.
